A seller or potential buyer who notices any issues within the Amazon Marketplace should inform Amazon of the problem by using the Report Abuse link. This can be found on all pages, and clicking on it will bring the buyer/seller to the appropriate form that needs to be filled out to file the claim.
Abuse can be defined as an infringement of the Amazon policies consented to by the seller within the Participation Agreement, a broken link, a corrupt file or image, or other similar problems that arise during the use of the Amazon Marketplace. Amazon holds any such abuse of policy as a serious offense and reserves the right to suspend selling privileges in the event of such misuse.
