Community Rules

The buyers and sellers of Amazon fundamentally create a community; Amazon has established Community Rules to make sure that all members of the community enjoy a safe experience, whether buying of selling.

Basic Guidelines

Sellers and buyers are both expected to adhere to the following principles of behavior, while taking part in the Amazon Marketplace:

• No misrepresentation.
• Up-to-date account maintenance.
• Standing by one’s commitment, whether buying or selling.
• Accepting feedback.
• Accepting Amazon’s restrictions – specifically, a seller who has lost selling privileges may not establish a new selling account.

Note: A seller who violates the terms of the Participation Agreement, which includes these Community Rules, may lose Amazon selling privileges.
