Removing Negative Feedback

If a buyer leaves negative feedback on a seller’s account and then wants to remove it once the issue has been resolved, he can do so as follows:

  1. Log into Amazon account.
  2. Find the Community column, and select the Personalization option.
  3. Choose Seller Feedback Submitted by You to access all feedback.
  4. Locate the desired comment, and click on the Remove link that will appear next to it.

Note that feedback left more than sixty days ago, can no longer be removed.
