Removing Negative Feedback
If a buyer leaves negative feedback on a seller’s account and then wants to remove it once the issue has been resolved, he can do so as follows:
- Log into Amazon account.
- Find the Community column, and select the Personalization option.
- Choose Seller Feedback Submitted by You to access all feedback.
- Locate the desired comment, and click on the Remove link that will appear next to it.
Note that feedback left more than sixty days ago, can no longer be removed.
