On Cyber Monday, we eased the post-Thanksgiving, back-to-work blues with our first-ever Cyber Monday Garage Sale Fundraiser.
“It’s the beginning of the holiday season in the US, and so we wanted to give our Feedvisor community an opportunity to give back, and have fun while doing so,” said Keren Halperin, Feedvisor’s VP People.
Over 60 employees participated in our Tel Aviv office, bringing in gently-used items from home, ranging from books and games to electronics, housewares, and clothes. The items were sold to fellow team members, and in total, the Feedvisor team raised around 1500 NIS. The proceeds from the sale were used to buy four tickets to a Shlomo Artzi charity concert. The money from the concert will go to the children’s Hematology/Oncology unit at Tel Hashomer Hospital, and the four tickets purchased will be donated to pediatric patients.
“It’s events like the Cyber Monday Garage Sale that make Feedvisor a wonderful place to work,” Keren said. “As a team, we love to come together, and we’re proud to be able to give back to our community.”
