We performed a strategic review of the competitive environment and the customer’s historical performance and demand generation opportunities, with a specific lens on campaign management, ad spend, and growing brand exposure. From there, we customized our managed services model to their business, ensuring alignment with their goals for the year.
As part of this process, we also optimized product detail pages, advising on keywords, images, and content within titles and bullet points to drive store visibility and enhance the buyer experience. Through our AI-driven campaign manager, we facilitated the creation and optimization of Sponsored Product ad campaigns. As part of our brand presence optimization, we set up and monitored product listings, ran promotions, provided in-depth SEO analysis, and created Enhanced Brand Content and A+ Content for the clients’ brands.

- We performed MAP enforcement, as well as authorized versus unauthorized seller analysis, to ensure that the client maintained control over their brand equity.
